JD3- SSRevolver Inserts for a 1.9 rim made for a 4.75 Tall tire. They are super soft and can be tunable with .312-.375 round cylinder inserts for weight or less compression. They work great as is. The video are the SSRevolvers in action. The front tires have the SSRevolver Inserts, and the back tires have Proline 2 stage. You can see how the back want to roll over in the video but the front SSRevolvers prevent the roll but still allow compression.
